(hereinafter called "Web site") that Hotel Miramar Barcelona make available

and/or fraudulent behaviour of the User. Force majeure consists of failures attached to third

by public authorities, acts produced as a result of natural phenomena, blackouts, as well as
attacks from hackers or others specialized in security or integrity of the computer system;
provided that Hotel Miramar Barcelona has taken all security measures in accordance with the

either for direct or indirect damages and lost profits.
